After sending, Infra watches the relayer intake and forwarding destination.

BIGHT credits to the entered Infra address after the source payment is matched, priced, and admitted by reserve and mint policy.

If a payment reaches the relayer without the quoted payment reference, it is recorded as unbound and no BIGHT is minted until a bound claim or refund review resolves it.

Paste a source-chain transaction hash to see whether Infra recorded it as credited, pending, rejected, expired, quarantined, or unbound.
